I am (currently) not a licensed doula. I attend births as a support person and photographer. I had a doula who helped me before my first birth, but she couldn't attend my birth (she was already booked!). But the notes she gave me left me feeling like birthing babies was my super power! And I share this knowledge with every mama I can!

My role is to support you while empowering you and giving you confidence that you can do this! I birth four babies naturally. And maybe your birth story goes a bit differently than mine. But what that taught me was that I am stronger than I ever imagined and so is my body! And so is yours, mama! I promise! From how to pack for the hospital, to figuring out if it's Braxton Hicks or real contractions, or how to move your body during labor and how to breath during pushing, I make sure you're never left guessing.

I believe fear and birth were never meant to go together—though so often, they do. So, I'm here to take away that fear! This is a moment of strength, love, and new life… one that deserves to be experienced with peace and remembered for the rest of your life. You are fierce, mama, and your body is capable of helping you and your baby tell the most beautiful story.
